Kaufmann Properties was founded by Ben C. Kaufmann in 1966 with the purchase of one house on Waller Ave and has since expanded to the ownership of a multitude of buildings, shopping centers, and over 150 residential and commercial properties.

Kaufmann Properties is proud to say that over 50% of its current tenants are either referrals or former tenants.

We understand that maintenance & service is very important and all repairs are taken care of within 24 hours if parts are available.

Review Qualifying Criteria, Application,
and Property Information

Please make sure you and everyone in your group reads the qualifying criteria, reviews the application, and views the property on the website before you contact our office.

If you are interested in our properties, please make sure everyone in your group reads through the Qualifying Criteria, reviews the application and looks at the property listing on the website. The property listing will include specific information on that property such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking , price information, picture(s) and any video walk through we may have.

Have you gone through Step One? If so, you can reach out to us at 859-233-7474 with the property you are interested in. If you have not gone through Step One, please complete step one.

We schedule showings Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-2pm. When making the appointment, please know the schedules of everyone that needs to view the property. After seeing the property and deciding to move forward to rent, then everyone in the group completes the application(s). Submit the application(s) with the required documents and the holding deposit. Please re-read the Qualifying Criteria and the Application as these documents will tell you what you need to submit.
