Great location!  Close to so much!  Close to University of Kentucky, Chevy Chase and Woodland Park.  Super cute home with hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, and master suite with full bath.  The only bath is in the master bedroom and some roommates might not like this.  At this low price you may want to rent as a one bedroom and use the second bedroom as a study/office/ second living room..lots of possibilities.
